I always prefer to go with local businesses when possible. Sometimes that means you don’t always have as much selection as you can find online. Kirkwood, proved me wrong! They had so many beautiful options at multiple price points. My lack of planning didn’t matter, Christi (hope I spelled that correctly) was AMAZING. She was helpful and patient and was able to accommodate my last minute delivery needs. Will definitely be back!!!

My family has been using Kirkwood Florist for close to 50 years. My Dad passed away recently and Kirkwood Florist did all of the floral arrangements for his celebration of life, this past weekend. When I saw the flowers, I almost cried---they were so incredibly beautiful (as they were for my sister's celebration of life). The manager (Jon) even made a special delivery to our event on a Sunday and placed them on all of the tables. I will always use Kirkwood Florist.They truly are the best!

My Aunt from out of town (Indiana) called this morning and spoke to the kindest person on the phone to place this order. See my Aunt had ordered me flowers to be delivered yesterday from another place for my birthday. They didn’t get delivered. My Aunt remembered about this amazing florist my grandmother used in Kirkwood. So she called them up. She told the florist that she just really wanted to make me smile as it was my 40th birthday. She asked if they could do a smiley face, the florist said yes they could. The florist knowing what a bad experience my Aunt was going through, even texted her a picture before it left the shop. They were purchased right when they opened & they had them delivered to my work by 1:30!!!! Talk about an amazing florist!!!! Thank you for the beautiful work & the extra smile you put on my face!

After the florist in Webster Groves closed, I needed a new florist and I've found it! Kirkwood has been wonderful to work with. Just put in my second delivery order online and needed to chat with someone about it. I called and was greeted with a warm hello! I know that small but goes a long way. They were kind and accommodating to some changes I needed to make. If you haven't been to their location, I recommend stopping by. It's beautiful and creatively inspiring. And their arrangements are perfect! Will continue to use Kirkwood Florist.

This florist was amazing I went there the 9th of August 2023 My daughter was in a horrific car accident and lost her left foot among other things. The staff on the spot made me the most beautiful arrangement no question asked as of today the flowers and roses are still alive which is amazing I highly recommend doing business with them

The owner is a obnoxious alcoholic and in my opinion has no idea what is going on with his business. They wouldn't know a good floral designer if it was handed to them. Our flowers for our wedding were incredibly gorgeous! Megan made all the planning super easy, stress-free, and is just the sweetest person. I know nothing about flowers, did not have much of an idea of what I wanted, and was planning everything from out-of-town, all of which was no problem for Megan. She made recommendations of flowers based off our colors, took the time to get an idea for what I was wanting my bouquet to look like, and work around my trips to St. Louis for meetings. tl;dr: Amazing florist--book immediately! They make beautiful arrangements, are mindful of budgets, and are super friendly. I worked with Megan and she was a great listener and so accommodating. I spoke with and researched several florists, but Megan was the only one who I felt cared both about my vision and my budget--she didn't try to suck every penny she could out of me. In fact, I ended up under budget. Megan was everything I wanted in a florist: responsive, energetic, bubbly, confident, professional, and patient. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted my flowers to look like, but Megan was a patient listener who managed to capture my vision. Despite my vague directions, the flowers were GORGEOUS--absolutely everything I wanted! I couldn't have asked for a better florist for my wedding day.

It's been a little over a week since our wedding and I'm still speechless at how unbelievably gorgeous our flowers were! We worked with Megan and she absolutely nailed my vision + some....especially with my bouquet! The colors that she used couldn't have matched our wedding colors more perfectly! I realized about two weeks prior to our wedding that I completely forgot about décor for our cake (whoops). Megan told me to send her a picture(s) of what I was thinking and she'd make it happen....yet again, she nailed it! After she delivered our flowers she was also sweet enough to decorate our cake and it turned out just like the photo I had shared with her! I cannot recommend Kirkwood Florist and Megan enough! We ordered flowers to be delivered for a wake. All I directed the florist to do was create a spring bouquet. Wasn’t sure of the time of the wake They took care of getting the bouquet there on time and it was lovely, filled with a gorgeous arrangement of spring flowers. I was delighted. Will use them again.

I explained to an employee that I am a preschool teacher wanting donations of unwanted or wilted flowers to decorate mud pies with my students. I came to them with just a few pictures for inspiration, and after talking about the bold, vintage jewel tones I wanted for my fall wedding, they knew exactly which flowers to include and created beautiful arrangements for the bouquets, boutonnieres, and chuppah.
