Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30p.m., Monday through Friday. We are open Saturdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our delivery fees: $8.50 for zip codes 63122 & 63131, and $10.00 for all other Metro St. Louis zip codes 631XX & 630XX.

Fees associated with orders out of our delivery area: $ 5.00 transfer or “relay” fee will be applied, plus $10.00 for the filling florist’s delivery charge. 

We also have courier service available for many areas, including some areas of St. Charles County and Jefferson County. Please call us regarding your delivery to this area. Delivery fees vary. 


U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

Time sensitive deliveries: For example: Morning; Afternoon; between 10am-2pm; by 2pm; after 3pm. An extra charge may be associated with these requests depending on regular delivery schedules. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot always guarantee it. Please call us if you have a time sensitive delivery need.

We are closed on Sundays and most major Holidays.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. Funerals are an exception to this rule, however we must have your order before noon on the Saturday before, to guarantee delivery in Metro St. Louis. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. Please call us so we can help arrange these deliveries.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
